Wife and I did the White Lady’s Castle room by ourselves. Probably the tenth room or so we did from about five different companies. By far the best customer service in any of the rooms we have been to. Thanks Andy for talking us into the more challenging room!

Went for my birthday with a group of friends to attempt the Casino Heist. We had a blast and our host was great! Locked A Rochester Escape Room really kept us on our toes!

Overall a good room, we did the Museum it was a very very small room. I would not recommend more than 4 people. We had a group of five and were literally tripping over each other. I would say the main room is roughly 10 x 10 at most with a lot of old looking and worn furniture. One bright spot was the The game master was excellent.

Have gone twice - did a museum one and family did a casino one. The museum was definitely harder; both were fun. Well done; good experience with a group.
