Escape room(s) by Dare to Escape AZ

We've done a lot of escape rooms around the valley, but Dare to Escape's rooms are by far the best! Cult of Mithras and X-Child (which we broke the records on!) utilized the most creative puzzles, riddles, and devices that our group has encountered in AZ. Some of the secrets in the rooms actually left us with a sense of awe and wonder! I'd say the rooms strike the perfect balance between making you think outside the box and communicate with your team while avoiding frustrating, ridiculously-hard and obscure problems that are impossible to solve. Loved the themes of the rooms as well and can't wait to return for The Cell! These are the best escape rooms in AZ that we've encountered and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

If you've never done an escape room, do it! This was my first one. We had such a great time we came back later that night. And then booked the third room two days later. Recommend starting with Mithras and then X Child. Haven't done the cell yet. That's tomorrow!! Nice to talk to one of the owners -- local boys and their own ideas. Love that!! Great customer service and fantastic experience.

My friends and I have done many escape rooms around the valley and the x-child room is definitely one of my favorites! It was so much fun! Definitely requires a lot of communication between group members which is part of the reason I liked it so much. We'll definitely be coming back to check out the other room(s).

The escape room was very well put together with a good theme. We had a great time solving all the clues. Though it took us a little longer then an hour to solve they allowed us to stay and finish without kicking us out of the room. Definitely recommend!

Had a great time with my 3 daughters tonight!! The staff was helpful but not to much where they give away the rides. It challenged our intellect and pushed our minds to really think about the clues!_x000D_ _x000D_ Had a blast we shall enjoy back again._x000D_ _x000D_ Thank you!!

First time doing the escape room thing. 6 girls celebrating a birthday. We had a blast! Will definitely come back - thanks JC!

Did the Cult of Mithras. There was a mishap where it kept us on the first puzzle but it wasn't too big of one since our group split up. Had an awesome time and compared to the other two escape rooms we had done already, this one was immersive in the story and had puzzles that confused us as a group. We escaped with 45 seconds to go! Definitely going back to try the other two rooms as well as future rooms!

The Cult Of Mithras game is definitely the next level of room escape games. It has a wide variety of puzzles that I have never seen in any other escape game. The game really has a scenario and they motivate you with a nice video on the game scenario before the game. The design of the room, objects, puzzles are all in a harmony with the game scenario. Puzzles were both challenging and entertaining. I was surprised by all the details in the game and room design. We played as a group of 6 and all of us loved the game.

Honestly, this was one of the best Escape Rooms we've ever done, and we've done a lot! The puzzles are challenging, thoughtfully done, and incredibly inventive. We did the Mithras room, and we will definitely be coming back here!

Super difficult room! We barely made it, but had a ton of fun. Chris was exceptional at explaining the rules and storyline. 10/10 would recommend.
