W.I.S.E. needs your help to stop a secretive organization from destroying the city’s power grid and throwing the city into chaos. As World Intelligence Secret Elite agents, you will embark on a clandestine mission to prevent an irreversible, city wide blackout. The origins of this nefarious plot are unknown, but we need you to stop it before it takes effect! This new outdoor mission can be played as a prequel or sequel to or entirely separately from Operation Mindfall.
